Booking Rates:
A valid credit card is required by the Mitraa to process payment for this booking. The guest accepts that 10% of the amount due for this reservation will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
NO REFUND will be made in the event of the reservation being cancelled or amended or if the guest fails to check-in on the date booked.
Cancellation & No Show Policy of the Mitraa:
A valid credit card is required by the Mitraa to guarantee the reservation. This guarantee could be made confidentially by secure server at the time of booking.
Credit card details held by the Mitraa will only be used and debited should one or more of the following conditions occur or unless advised by the Mitraa at the time of booking.
No show / Cancellation Charges:
The Mitraa will debit 1 night charges to your credit card within 5 working days of the non-turn up date.
The Mitraa will debit 1 night charges to your credit card for Cancellation of confirmed booking on or before 24 hours of actual arrival date.
In any case 10% booking fee is non-refundable.
